The offices of Maverick Records, a prominent recording label, are located on the top floor of the award-winning renovation of the former ice production and storage facility for the City of Beverly Hills (also completed by Barton Myers Associates). It includes 10,000 sf of executive and creative offices, meeting rooms, large conference and screening rooms and auxiliary spaces.

The design maintains the open plan character of the building - which suits the recording company's casual and interactive working environment - and provides acoustic and visual privacy to key executive offices, meeting and screening rooms. Work spaces are enclosed with glazed partitions with varying degrees of transparency. This provides privacy while at the same time maintains visual continuity and even lighting. Key executive offices are located away from the main areas of activity and enjoy private terraces and meeting rooms overlooking Beverly Hills.
